The songs in this album were original musical loops written for my second semester game project at DigiPen Institute of Technology. I didn't get time to mix/master this properly.

Auricular Hierarchy is a game about discovery, where the world grows and transforms around music. As players explore an initially plain landscape, they will play a melody by jumping on platforms. Every time a player lands on a platform, a single note plays, which combine to produce a unique sound track. As players bring music into the world, they bring color as well; with every step they take changing the ground into vibrant colors.

The goal of each level is to collect musical notes which modify the environment. First, new platforms appear, opening up new paths. Next the visuals and music change in tandem. The background will fade into a new color, while a new interment joins in the background music. At the end of each level, the notes that the player has collected form a victory song.
